Spicer Hill Farm & Kerry Winter Performance Horses
Lets start with the barns. Our facility has 25 nice 10x12 stalls all with mats. We also have 2 big foaling stalls. Our facility consist of 3 different barns with direct easy access to the indoor arena.
Small Barn: 2 large foaling stalls, 2 outside stalls, tack room, wash stall with hot and cold water, and a feed room.
Left Barn: 12 nice 10x12 stalls with sliding doors and fold down window grates and easy access feeding doors.
Right Barn: 9 nice 10x12 stalls with metal doors, making it nice for each horse to be able to hang their heads out. This barn has a large tack room and lab area.
Indoor Arena: The indoor is 63x120 with stone dust and rubberized footing mix. There is a washer/dryer and bathroom room inside the arena and also a blanket room above this room.
*We have a large outside grass riding arena with a portable round pen as well.
*We also have a private 2 stall barn with feed/tack room with small paddock.
*We have 7 paddocks/fields for daily turn out of the barn horses.
*We also have 6 large fields with shelters for the field board horses.
*Outside the indoor arena we have a round pen with a hot walker.
*There is miles and miles of trails to enjoy.
